All orders are subject to acceptance by Printend.in. We reserve the right to reject any order at any time without recourse. We also reserve the right to change the price at any time even after we receive the order.
Printend.in will arrange for shipping with a reputed carrier. Printend.in will not be responsible for the delay in delivery, loss, or damage of the order while the order is with the shipping carrier. Also read Shipping Policy through frequently asked questions.
As we deal with customized products, Printend.in and its affiliated companies will not refund any money for the orders that were shipped or were cancelled after the order was processed.
Due to the nature of the product, no returns can be made once the order is processed and/or shipped. Any claims for defects, damages, or shortages must be made in writing within two (2) business days after receipt of the merchandise. We will replace only those orders that were processed incorrectly. The replacement of the order will take place only after the receipt of returned merchandise. We will not replace the order if it is determined by us that the order was misused or mishandled by the buyer or part of the order was used by the buyer and part of the order is being returned. In no event shall Printend.in or its licensors, suppliers, or vendors, their officers, directors, employees, or agents be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages of any kind, or for any damages whatsoever resulting from loss of use, data, or profits, whether or not Printend.in has been advised of the possibility of damage, arising out of or in connection with the use or performance of the site or of failure to provide products or services that you order from printend.in or its affiliates, including without limitation, damages arising from mistake, omission, virus, delay, or interruption of service. In no event shall printend.in be liable or responsible for any damages or consequences arising from or related to your inappropriate or unauthorized use of this site or its content.
Printned.in will not be liable in any way for loss, damage, costs or expenses (including loss of profit) arising directly or indirectly from any failure or delay in performing any obligation under this Contract by reason of any event outside of its reasonable control, including, but not limited to, any strikes, industrial action, failure of power supplies or equipment, government action or act of God. The liability of Printend.in and its licensors, suppliers, or vendors, and their respective officers, directors, employees, or agents with respect to any and all claims arising out of the performance or non-performance of Printend’s obligations under the Terms of Use, whether based on warranty, contract, negligence, strict liability or otherwise, shall not exceed, in the aggregate, the net purchase price (excluding taxes, shipping and processing) for such products or services. In no event shall the liability include damages for loss of profits or revenue; increased cost of purchasing or providing materials, supplies or services; cost of replacement capital; claims of purchaser' s customers; inventory or use charges; or incidental or consequential damages of any nature.
Any comments, suggestions, proposals or other feedback (collectively “Feedback Information”) provided to Printend.in in connection with the operation or content of this Site shall be provided by the submitter and received by Printned.in on a non-confidential basis. All such comments, suggestions, and other information shall become the exclusive property of Printend.in By submitting any such information to Printend.in, you agree that you are transferring and assigning, at no charge, all of your right, title and interest in the information, including all copyrights and other intellectual property rights. You agree that Printend.in shall be free to use such information on an unrestricted basis.
Any legal action or proceeding relating to or arising from your access to or use of the Site or order via any Offline Method shall be instituted in Jaipur, India. You agree to submit to the jurisdiction of courts sitting in Jaipur , India and agree that the venue in these courts is proper in any such legal action or proceeding. You agree that the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods will not apply to any sale under these Terms of Use. If any provision of these Terms of Use is invalid, illegal, void or unenforceable, then that provision will be deemed severed from these Terms and will not affect the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions of these Terms.
