How do I cancel an order?

Customer has no option to cancel the order once the payment is done, because we try our best to print & dispatch it as soon as possible. If you still want to cancel the order then drop a whatsapp msg or give us a call, if the print hasn't started we can try to cancel it. If the cancellation request is made after 1 hours or if the production has already started, we cannot entertain any request.

If to cancel the order and get a refund when the product is printed?

Due to the nature of the print products, orders cannot be canceled or returned once they have gone into production or any subsequent process. No refund will be issued once the order is printed or in any process thereafter, including printing, coating and/or finishing.

Can I return my orders?

Typically, delivered orders cannot be returned. Only if the package is being damaged/Incorrect product being sent return is acceptable.

What will be the mode of payment in case there is a refund / cancellation?

 After the product has been cancelled or a refund then the money would be transferred to your wallet account.

Can I claim for damages or shortages?

Any claims for damage and/or shortages must be reported in 48 business hours without exception. Be sure to check your deliveries upon receipt.
